This multi-year effort will begin with a Preparatory and “Visioning” Phase leading to software and implementation services procurement and then phased functional transformations over an estimated 3-4+ year period.
Program phases and timeframes will be adjusted based on input from the user community during the Visioning phase and input from the winning bidder(s) of the software and implementation procurements.
Initial time frames are based around The Commonwealth Fiscal Year, which runs from July 1 - June 30.
Functionality to be implemented in Phase 1 and 2 is yet to be determined and will be decided based on information gathered during the Visioning and Procurement processes. Additional functional modules may be implemented following the initial implementation depending on factors, including age and supportability, of the existing systems and benefits to the Commonwealth’s operations.
