The Program recognizes the need for change management. We have made a conscious effort to incorporate change management from the very beginning of the project.

What is Change Management?

Change management is the application of a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change to achieve a desired outcome. This provides a coherent approach for supporting people in the organization and helping them move from the current state to the future state.
