Operations Work Group
In order to ensure that all aspects of the Commonwealth’s business and technical operations are successfully improved and transformed by the Program, we have established two Operations Work Groups (OWGs) for Financial (Management & Reporting) and HCM/Payroll. Sub groups for Technical, Risk & Compliance and other specialized sessions will be formed later in the program timeline.
Members have been drawn from across state government, having specific knowledge of key operational requirements in given areas in order to provide guidance to Program Functional Leads and to ensure that the business of the Commonwealth will be supported by the new solution.
OWGs will help share current workflow operations and opportunities for improvement to ensure new solutions can provide optimal solutions.
