Upcoming Key Stakeholder Engagement Meetings
Over the next six weeks, the BEST Program team will be engaging with all departments using a variety of tools and mediums to provide program updates and continue our conversations regarding collaboration.
The team will be reaching out to POCs to schedule these meetings, so be on the lookout for an email from transformation_PMO@mass.gov.

What is an ERP?
The BEST Program aims to retire legacy enterprise systems by implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)platform suite. Typically, an ERP’s suite of integrated applications can provide improved workflows, increase collaboration between all stakeholders and provide safe, secure and mobile friendly access that can be optimized to the needs of an organization.
Planning for a digital transformation through an ERP platform requires careful consideration across key partners, but the Commonwealth joins several other statewide initiatives and similar industry leaders in pursuing these enterprise system updates.
